Colombia – La Ilusion 250g

Farmed by Robinson Rivera and his family in Montalvo, Tolima on only 3 hectares of land some 1900 m.a.s.l. The crop is made up of F8, Colombia and Castillo varieties and is picked when ripe and sundried for 32 hours. This wonderful coffee boasts a complexity typical for the Tolima region with bright flavours of vanilla, orange acidity with a subtle sweetness of panela throughout. La Ilusión is a great coffee for those of you looking to discover just how complex coffee can get while remaining accessible with sweetness and acidity.
